Mediation Fee
My rate is $375 per hour, with a 5-hour
minimum. All fees are the joint and separate liabilities of
each party and their respective legal counsel. The mediator
is entitled to full compensation for all time spent on the
case, including preparation, telephone time, and extraordinary
travel to mediation sessions. This includes any time spent
in connection with the case after a mediation session,
telephonically or otherwise.
Our policy requires full payment in advance of each mediation session. Unless otherwise arranged, a check should be made payable and mailed to L. Therese White, Federal Tax I.D. 73-1670016 at least seven days prior to the initial mediation session.

Also, a check should be brought to each session to cover any fees incurred in excess of the advance payment.
Rescheduling/Cancellations
A $375 administrative fee will be charged to any party who reschedules or cancels a confirmed mediation appointment at any time prior to that appointment. Additionally, for those cases that are cancelled or rescheduled within seven days of the confirmed mediation date, or where any party fails to appear, the party(s) in question will be charged a fee equaling half of the amount of the time booked, with a minimum fee of $1,500.
The above rates, policies, and procedures are effective as of June 2007.
